An Interesting Fact - in the 1940s, when Mr. Schwartz began purchasing properties in the Dallas metroplex, he placed them in different family partnerships. To avoid confusing his tenants, he answered the phone by simply saying, “696-2600” (Six Nine Six Twenty-Six Hundred). Eight decades later, H.S. still answers the phone the same way.
