An Interesting Fact- in the 1940s when Mr. Schwartz began purchasing properties in the Dallas metroplex he placed them in different family partnerships. In order, not to confuse his tenants he started answering the phone by simply saying the phone number “696-2600” (Six Nine Six Twenty-Six Hundred). Eight decades later H.S. still answers the phone the same way. We get many humorous responses & questions regarding this!!
